- Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of the bakery’s retail and production activities to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Manage and supervise bakery staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to maintain a high-performing team.
- Oversee inventory and operations, including ordering ingredients and materials, stock rotation, and minimizing waste and spoilage.
- Develop and implement customer service standards to ensure consistent and high-quality guest experiences aligned with Cobs Bread brand values.
- Monitor sales, revenues, and performance metrics to identify trends and take action to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and occupational health and safety standards, including conducting regular compliance checks.
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate promotional activities and local marketing efforts, collaborating with corporate marketing to increase foot traffic and community engagement.
