Job Description:
Connect Construction Pages Inc. located at Unit 120, 8028 128 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W 4E9 urgently requires one Permanent & Full Time Office Administrator. We welcome and encourage youth, new immigrants, and aboriginal candidates to apply.
Job Duties:
• Assist on day to day activities, answering phones, following up with customers and suppliers and coordinate within team members.
• Assist manager with admin work. Correspond with emails daily to team members and with existing as well as new clients.
• Review office procedures periodically and implement new procedures.
• Organize meetings with clients, manage records and plan expenses.
• Perform traditional office duties, such as filing, copying, and scanning, ordering supplies as per business needs.
• Collect data and prepare reports and correspondence as required and directed by company management.
• Complete general paperwork and daily work tasks which are part of daily work routine and required for the regular day-to-day operations of the company.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion is secondary education is required.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
Language: English is required.
Number of Positions: 1
Wage: $36.75 per hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% vacation Pay.
