Job duties:
l Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to restaurant standards
l Plan menus and control food portions and costs
l Order ingredients and kitchen supplies
l Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
l Train staff in food preparation and safety
l Keep kitchen and food areas clean and safe
l Manage inventory of food and equipment
Qualifications:
1. Minimum education: Completion of secondary school or completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety
2. Minimum experience: 1 years’ related experience
