Key Responsibilities
Grooming Operations:
Perform full-service grooming, including bathing, drying, clipping, styling,nail trims, and ear cleaning.
Facility Management:
Maintain sanitation of cages, runs, and grooming areas to prevent disease.
Staff Leadership:
Hire, train, and supervise kennel attendants and groomers, creating workschedules and implementing safety policies.
Animal Care & Health:
Monitor the health, behavior, and diet of boarding animals, administermedications, and liaise with veterinarians.
Customer Service:
Manage bookings, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction withgrooming services
