Tasks
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Determine size of food portions, estimate food and supplies requirements as per franchisor standards
• Following safe food handling guidelines and completing temperature log checks
• Stocking shelves, rotating products, and assisting in completing orders
• Ensuring the visual standards and cleanliness of the store
• Undertaking additional duties as assigned
• Light dishwash and expedite food to table from time to time
