· Salary: $19.00 hourly
· Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, 30 to 40 hours per week
· Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities and Tasks
· Setup dining room for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
· Sets tables before customers are seated and helps clean tables off when customers have finished their meals.
· Greet customers, present menus, make recommendations, and Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
· Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
· Serve food and beverages.
· Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the food and drink menus and be comfortable making suggestions or recommendations.
· Ensure customers are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
· Collect and process payments from customers.
· Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
· Assist clients/guests with special needs.
Duties will evolve as you become more familiar with Food & Beverage operations.
· Inspect dining rooms and other serving areas.
· Keep every area of the restaurant clean and tidy.
· Attend to seating arrangements for large groups
· Perform opening and closing activities, when necessary.
Co-operate and accept other assignments as and when required.
