Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Rope Access Level 2 Restoration Technicians to perform specialized high-rise exterior restoration work. This role requires advanced rope access skills, technical restoration experience, and the ability to work safely at heights in physically demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Rope Access Work
Perform rope access operations on mid- and high-rise structures in accordance with IRATA/SPRAT standards
Install, inspect, and manage rope access rigging systems
Execute restoration work, including:
Concrete repair
Sealant removal and replacement
Application of waterproofing membranes and coatings
Exterior painting and surface preparation
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
Work Environment
Working at heights using rope access and swing stage systems
Exposure to construction hazards including dust, silica, chemicals, and weather conditions
Physically demanding work including lifting (up to 23 kg), bending, and prolonged suspension
Minimum Requirements
Valid IRATA or SPRAT Rope Access Certification (Level 2 required)
Preferably 2 years of experience in high-rise exterior restoration, but willing to train the right person
Ability to safely rig and work at heights
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and fall protection systems
