Wage Rate: $38.50 Hourly, for 35 Hours per week

Education: High School, Diploma will be an asset
Experience: 1-3 years of previous supervisory or management experience in a car wash, automotive, or customer service environment.

Job Duties:
· Oversee the daily operations of the car wash facility to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
· Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate car wash attendants and other staff members.
· Ensure all vehicles are cleaned according to company standards and customer expectations.
· Monitor customer service and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
· Maintain adequate inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and other operational materials.
· Inspect equipment regularly and coordinate maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
· Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.
· Manage employee attendance, performance, and productivity.
· Prepare staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels during operating hours.
· Handle cash transactions, daily sales reporting, deposits, and reconciliation of receipts.
· Monitor operating costs and assist in achieving sales and profitability targets.
· Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including customer waiting areas and workstations.
· Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure consistent service standards.
· Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
· Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding equipment, supplies, and services.
· Ensure environmental regulations related to water usage, wastewater disposal, and chemical handling are followed.
