Wage Rate: $23.00/hr, 35 hours per week.
Benefits: Accommodation will be provided @ $30/week. Relocation expenses & medical insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required.

Education: High School
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Languages: Basic Knowledge of English.

Job Duties:
1.Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers
2.Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
3.Implement and ensure compliance with company mandated programs and procedures
4.Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with otherunits
5.Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity andproduct quality
6.Requisition materials and supplies
7.Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy
8.Determines staffing needs in the area assigned and coordinates with other supervisorsto maximize labor resources.
9.Prepare production and other reports
10.May perform general farm duties.
