Sparks Brother C-Store o/a Wapiti Shell is hiring two Food Service Supervisors. Wage: $18.50 per hour 35 hours per week. We are open from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. and opening staff are there at 3:00 a.m. We are open 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years experience in Food Service. Must be willing to work flexible hours including early morning, closin shifts, weekends & holiday shifts.
Duties:
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation & safety procedures
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Ensure food service and quality control are within company standards
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Operate cash register, debit & credit card machines
