Job Title: Compassionate Caregiver for Elderly Senior

Hours: 32.5 hr / week
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, warm, and attentive caregiver to assist an elderly woman with daily living activities in a comfortable home environment. The ideal candidate is patient, respectful, and committed to providing high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care: Assisting with mobility, bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Companionship: Engaging in conversation, light activities, and providing emotional support.
Medication Management: Reminding and assisting with scheduled medication.
Meal Preparation: Cooking nutritious meals according to dietary preferences/restrictions.
Household Support: Performing light housekeeping (laundry, dusting, maintaining a clean space).
Transportation/Errands: Escorting to medical appointments or short errands (if applicable).
Requirements & Qualifications
Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.
Must speak Farsi (Persian)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in elder care or personal support.
Certifications: First Aid & CPR certification required;
Background Check: Clean criminal record check (Vulnerable Sector Screening).
Physical Ability: Able to assist with physical transfers and light lifting safely.
References: Professional references from previous caregiving roles.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $21/hr
