Job duties:
Restaurant supervisors perform some or all of the following duties:
· Supervise and coordinate servers during daily operations
· Schedule staff and ensure adequate service coverage
· Maintain service quality and follow restaurant policies
· Train staff on service procedures and standards
· Take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist customers
· Handle bills and process payments
Qualifications:
Minimum experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience, or college training in hospitality/food service
Education: Completion of secondary school
