(Food Services Manager)
We are looking for a well-experienced Food Services Manager for “Toben” located at 150 Symes Rd, Unit 130, York, ON M6N 0B1, Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily food service and catering operations for corporate events, private functions, weddings and other special events.
Coordinate with chefs, catering staff and event teams to ensure food preparation, presentation, delivery and service meet event requirements and company standards.
Recruit, train, schedule and supervise food service staff and assign duties according to catering schedules, event requirements and business volumes.
Monitor food, beverage and catering supply inventories, coordinate ordering requirements and control food, labour and operating costs.
Ensure food quality, sanitation, health and safety standards are maintained during food preparation, transportation, event setup and service.
Coordinate on-site and off-site catering logistics, including staffing, equipment, supplies, transportation, setup and service requirements.
Address client requests and service concerns and implement operational improvements to maintain efficient service and a high-quality guest experience.
Manage catering event schedules and coordinate multiple food service operations to ensure timely preparation, delivery, setup and service.
Review operational procedures and implement changes to improve service efficiency, food quality and overall catering performance.
Maintain records related to staffing, inventory, food costs, catering supplies and daily operational activities.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to confirm menu requirements, dietary restrictions, service arrangements and event-specific food service needs.
Prerequisites:
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: Relevant experience in food service, catering, hospitality operations or management.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $37.00 to $39.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full-time and permanent
Work Location: On site
Work Schedule: Early morning, Evening, Shift, Morning, Day, Weekend
