(Restaurant Manager)
We are looking for a well-experienced Restaurant Manager for “Oliver and Bonacini Blue Mountain Ltd.” to work at 220 Gord Canning Dr., Blue Mountain, ON L9Y 0V9, Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
● Plan, organize, direct and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient food and beverage service and a high-quality guest experience.
● Recruit, train, schedule and supervise restaurant staff, assign duties and monitor employee performance to maintain established service standards.
● Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely food preparation, presentation and service during breakfast, lunch, dinner and busy service periods.
● Monitor food, beverage and restaurant supply inventories, determine purchasing requirements and coordinate with suppliers to maintain appropriate stock levels.
● Monitor restaurant revenues, labour costs, food costs and operating expenses and implement appropriate measures to improve efficiency and control costs.
● Ensure restaurant operations comply with applicable food safety, sanitation, health, workplace safety and company operating standards.
● Coordinate reservations, group dining, special events and peak service periods to ensure appropriate staffing, seating and service arrangements.
● Address customer complaints and service concerns professionally and implement appropriate solutions to maintain guest satisfaction.
● Establish and implement operational procedures for food and beverage service and evaluate restaurant operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
● Maintain records related to staffing, inventory, sales and restaurant operations and prepare reports as required by management.
Prerequisites:
Education: High School or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: 2 to 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, food service supervision or a related field.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $37.00 to $39.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Work Location: On site
Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay
